Payment Process

Instant Payments

Payments made via card, PayPal, or Apple Pay are processed instantly upon order confirmation.

Instant Bank Transfers

To pay via bank transfer:

  1. Add your items to cart and select Instant Bank Transfer at checkout.

  2. Follow the instructions to complete the transfer to our secure Stripe account.

  3. Email a screenshot of the completed transaction to customerservice@shodiva.com.

Your order will be processed once the payment is received and confirmed.

⚠️ Important: Orders without payment confirmation within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.

3D Secure & Bank Authentication

To enhance your security, some banks may require 3D Secure authentication, which can include:

  • SMS verification code

  • Email verification

  • Face ID or Touch ID authentication

Refund Policy

Timeframes & Methods

  • Instant Bank Transfers (via Stripe): Refunded to the original account within 5 business days

  • Other Methods (e.g. PayPal, cards): Refunded within 10 business days after validation
