1. Order Placement and Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a detailed summary. Please verify the information to avoid processing or delivery delays.
2. Order Cancellations
2.1 Standard Items
You may cancel a standard item as long as it has not yet entered the fulfillment or production phase. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you.
2.2 Personalized Items
Customized or made-to-order items can be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders are issued within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4.4 Address Responsibility
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an item is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5.2 Change of Mind
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

For local Moroccan customers:
