At Shodiva, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we are committed to making things right through a smooth return or refund process.

🔁 Return Conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind (Non-Customized Products Only):

  • You may return any non-personalized item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in unused, original condition (unopened, undamaged).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Customized Items:

  • Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Late Returns:

  • Returns made after the above timeframes will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer support at support@shodiva.com, stating your order number and reason for return.

  2. Follow the return instructions you receive.

  3. Ship the item(s) in the original packaging to the provided return address.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time:

  • Credit Card / PayPal: Up to 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Bank Transfer: Up to 10 business days, depending on banking procedures.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or gifted products are not eligible for return.

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
